We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times

Delivery takes about 14 days on average, counted from the day you place your order. Some orders arrive sooner and some take a little longer. You can follow your package with the tracking link we email you.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email info@shophearthwell.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
