Hearthwell offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return

Email info@shophearthwell.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free for all US orders.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping paid.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer or returned without original packaging may be refused.
